Introducing  the Moderation Mindset Challenge

This two-week challenge is all about building more mindfulness around food, to change the way that we think about eating. It's not a 'diet', it's not a meal plan, nor is it counting calories or macros. This program is about finding a more moderate way to eat every day.

It's never the things that we have in small amounts that we feel guilty about. it's usually when we feel we've overdone it.  We'll be working to release the control and guilt around food, letting go of the worrying about whether or not we should or shouldn't eat something. 

You'll work directly with Tania in order to start changing your mindset around food and never diet again.

This is not a weight loss challenge, however, with improved self-awareness, many women do lose weight.

What is moderation?

It's avoiding extremes or excess.

If we're being 'good' Monday to Thursday and then feel the need to polish off every bite and sip Sunday night in order to start all over again on Monday we're living in the perpetual cycle of restriction and overindulgence. This cycle often leaves us feeling guilty.

Feel good about how you eat every day.

Achieving a more Moderate Mindset is a growth process, it's a non-judgmental practice. It's not mindlessly following a meal plan, not spending precious time counting macros or calories. Moderation is navigating the middle, finding a way to eat that satisfies you, and is a way that you can look forward to and feel good about eating for the rest of your life.

How does the challenge work?

Once you sign up you will receive an email with all of the details. We'll be having two 30 minute zoom calls on Tuesday, Jan 12th, and Tuesday, Jan 19th from 7-7:30pm AST. The zoom calls will be recorded and uploaded the following day if you are unable to make the live call.

This two-week challenge is designed to give you the tools to start practicing moderation and to focus on what keeps you energized, satisfied, and feeling good about your decisions. If you enjoy the process and are keen to keep going in the new year I will be launching a 12-week Mindful Moderation coaching program.

Hi, I'm Tania

I'm so glad that you're here and are dedicated to taking responsibility to create a happy and healthy life that you love.

I am a women's Health Coach, busy wife and girl (2) mom - 'officer of domestic affairs'. I love strength training, big hearty salads, peanut butter (dark roasted all the way), and a glass of a dry white wine or bubbly on my patio with no kids squabbling in earshot.

I help women who are feeling worn down and worn out to reclaim their energy and feel confident and beautiful in their skin. To work towards their best energy and bodies.
