I get it—life is busy. I’m a mom of two teenage girls, juggling two businesses, a marriage, a home, and what sometimes feels like a zoo (two cats, a dog, four bunnies, a guinea pig, and a horse!). I know what it’s like to put everyone else first, to feel pulled in a million directions, and to struggle to prioritize your own health.
But I also know what’s on the other side of that struggle.
From Overweight Teen to Thriving at 50
I wasn’t always strong, healthy, or energized. In fact, I was an overweight, depressed kid and teenager who felt stuck in my body. Finding fitness and nutrition changed everything for me—it gave me confidence, strength, and a sense of control over my own well-being. And now, at 50, I have more energy than I did as a teen!
That doesn’t mean I never struggle. As a woman, I know all about the hormonal rollercoaster. But I always come back to my pillars of health—the simple, sustainable habits that keep me feeling my best.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, and Moderation 365 Certified Coach, I’ve spent over 30 years learning, experimenting, and guiding countless women toward their wellness goals. But more importantly, I understand what it’s like to struggle, to start over, and to want a way to feel good without sacrificing the joy in life.
