I know that there are a lot of workout videos out there and I appreciate that you're here with me!

I want you to know that I share my very favorite moves, the ones that give you the biggest impact for your time.

You'll notice that I really focus on the form since if you're not performing the movements properly then you're not getting the benefits of the exercise and you risk injury.

Not only that, I want you to have fun with your workouts so I work to keep things upbeat and positive ☺️

 

This workout has a one minute warm up & a quick stretch at the end however the 'working portion' is just 10 minutes long!

All you need is your booty band and maybe a chair or wall to use for balance and you're good to go!

Of course you have to have consistency to see results however that said, fitting in just 10 minutes consistently adds up to big results over time! 

I'm confident that you'll feel firmer and more positive after just one 10 minute session.
