Wondering what you need?

If you have dumbbells at home that's great. If not, fill two water that you can grip in your hands and use those. You'll ideally need a mat, an exercise band (a loop), a sturdy chair and your water. We're getting creative and making it happen!

You know I'm going to say that nutrition is key right?  

Don't worry ok? You can participate if you're veggie, vegan, paleo, or pescatarian. I've got you covered!
