Wondering what equipment you'll need?
If you have dumbbells at home that's great. If not, fill two water bottles that you can easily grip in your hands and use those. You'll ideally need a mat, an exercise band (a loop), a sturdy bench or chair and your water.Ā No excuses, we're making it happen!
You know that I'm going to say that nutrition is key right?
It is, but that doesn't mean that you can't enjoy your favorite holiday foods.Ā

She dedicates herself to supporting her clients, urging them to prioritize self-care. Tania is highly qualified, holding certifications in Precision Nutrition, Moderation 365 Nutrition, and ACE Health Coaching and Personal Training.
